Cookie
Policy.

At ConceptCore, we treat data architecture with the same precision as game physics. This policy outlines how we deploy small data packets—cookies—to maintain state, optimize performance, and ensure the stability of our development environment at conceptcore.space.

01. The Purpose of Persistent State

Cookies are not just artifacts; they are functional components of our site’s runtime. They allow us to distinguish your session from thousands of concurrent threads, enabling customized dashboard settings and preventing repetitive security prompts. Without these identifiers, every page refresh would reset your interactions to a null state.

We utilize both "first-party" cookies (set directly by ConceptCore) and selective "third-party" cookies from trusted analytical partners to monitor stability across different Android and iOS chipsets in the German market.

// Operational Scenario

A Lead System Designer visits ConceptCore to audit economy balancing logic. Their selected currency preference and region (CET) are stored in a session-only cookie.

During the session, the designer toggles high-contrast visual modes for mobile readability testing.

Transitioning between the "Services" and "About" pages, the cookie ensures the visual settings remain locked, preventing UI flickering or logic resets.

Closing the browser clears the temporary session fragment, while essential security tokens remain to protect subsequent login attempts.

Cookies at ConceptCore are engineering tools, not surveillance instruments. We prioritize performance overhead and data minimization over marketing reach. Every active tracker is audited monthly for compliance with the latest European browser privacy standards.

Cookie Classifications

CRITICAL 01

Essential Logic

Strictly necessary for site function. These manage security protocols, language persistence, and load distribution across our Berlin-based servers.

  • No-opt out possible
  • Lifespan: Session
ANALYSIS 02

Performance Metrics

We monitor how users navigate our "Logic Matrix" and "Audit" tools to fix navigation friction and optimize load speeds for low-tier hardware.

  • Anonymized telemetry
  • Lifespan: 1-2 years
PREFERENCE 03

Adaptive UI

Remembers your interface density settings and code block visibility. Ensures that the 'Minimal Clinic' aesthetic stays consistent across sessions.

  • User controlled
  • Lifespan: 6 months

Physical Node

ConceptCore H1 Server. Berlin, DE.

Data Transit

End-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption.

Privacy Trade-offs & Mitigations

01. Analytic Precision vs. User Anonymity

Granular data helps us optimize draw calls for older Android chipsets but risks fingerprinting.

MITIGATION: We scrub IPs at the gateway and use aggregated ID clusters instead of individual trackers.

02. Session Stability vs. Storage Capping

Storing state allows for a 'seamless' experience but fills browser-local storage.

MITIGATION: Strict 1KB cap on cookie payloads and automatic pruning of stale data after 30 days.

03. Third-Party Integration vs. Shadow Loading

External fonts/APIs load faster via CDN but inject their own cookies.

MITIGATION: Selective domain whitelisting and CSP (Content Security Policy) headers to block unauthorized scripts.

Your Control Protocol

Most modern browsers allow you to block or delete cookies in the 'Privacy' settings. Please note: choosing to disable strictly necessary cookies will render key parts of the ConceptCore development hub unusable, including secure login and project saves.
